Services - Outbound Calls

Outbound Call Service takes a predesigned IVR and sends it to multiple people.

Placing Order:

  1. Prepare an IVR from Resources »IVR » Create IVR
  2. In Outbound Calls » Create, select the IVR from the Drop Down
  3. Upload Phonebook (or Choose from dropdown)
  4. Optionally select the Number of Retries and Time Between Retries
  5. Optionally select the Time for Starting the Campaign (in a future date) and Time for the campaign to stop
  6. Click Schedule
  7. Calls will be transmitted accordingly

Follows credit system and consumption is as follows

  1. If the IVR is Standard (does not include a Text 2 Speech Conversion), 1.0 Credits are charged for each successful call per pulse
  2. If the IVR is Personalized (includes a Text 2 Speech Conversion), 1.0 Credits are charged for each successful call per pulse
  3. Pulse is of 30 seconds. Longer calls are charged in multiples of 1.0 Credits (or 1.6 Credits)
  4. The credits are charged at the time of completion of order
  5. The billing is on a successful call basis and the calls which do not connect are not charged for.
