Services - Outbound Calls
Outbound Call Service takes a predesigned IVR and sends it to multiple people.
Placing Order:
- Prepare an IVR from Resources »IVR » Create IVR
- In Outbound Calls » Create, select the IVR from the Drop Down
- Upload Phonebook (or Choose from dropdown)
- Optionally select the Number of Retries and Time Between Retries
- Optionally select the Time for Starting the Campaign (in a future date) and Time for the campaign to stop
- Click Schedule
- Calls will be transmitted accordingly
Follows credit system and consumption is as follows
- If the IVR is Standard (does not include a Text 2 Speech Conversion), 1.0 Credits are charged for each successful call per pulse
- If the IVR is Personalized (includes a Text 2 Speech Conversion), 1.0 Credits are charged for each successful call per pulse
- Pulse is of 30 seconds. Longer calls are charged in multiples of 1.0 Credits (or 1.6 Credits)
- The credits are charged at the time of completion of order
- The billing is on a successful call basis and the calls which do not connect are not charged for.
